About Me

Hello – I am Morag,

I love working with businesses and charities to help them make a difference by developing ESG and CSR strategies, delivering impact through partnerships and collaborations, whilst understanding the pressure of achieving business results.

My experience includes over 25 years working in senior positions in the pharmacy and retail sector, including store management and head office functions for Boots UK. My most recent position was Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability which enabled me to work with some incredible charities, leading partnerships and delivering impact. 

During my time in this role I also completed the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable leadership course and led the development of a revised business strategy on environmental sustainability.

Understanding the wider context of how business can make a difference to society and the environment through implementing purpose-led strategy really opened my eyes, and encouraged me to set up my consultancy to help other businesses in this space. It also allows me to bring my knowledge and experience of charity:corporate partnerships to help forge and develop meaningful partnerships.

I am driven by a purpose and a passion to make a difference. My optimistic approach means that I know I can add strategic value to your organisation – I can’t wait to meet you!

When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, open water swimming or carrying out my duties as Trustee for The Hygiene Bank.
